โ๐โHOW THIS BAR CRAWL WORKS: Meet our tour hosts at the first venue on the lineup to register and check in, mingle with fellow partygoers, and partake in our exclusive drink specials. Then as a group, weโre off to our second venue, where the drink specials and pregame continues! After the pregame is complete, your professional party host will lead you and fellow partygoers straight past those lines and into some of the best bars and clubs in Hartford!โ๐โ

There are several parking lots close to the crawl and there are multiple hotels within walking distance for over night stays. (Hilton Hartford, Goodwin Hotel, Red Roof PLUS)

Q: DO I NEED A TICKET TO PARTICIPATE?
A: Yes. Tickets are required for a reason. It costs us money to run the event, including cost for the permit, staffing, and we rent out each participating venue for a certain time. We also book DJs, negotiate up to 50% off on drinks, up to 25% off on food, provide swag and much much more.
Q: HOW DO I ENTER THE COSTUME CONTEST?
A: During the event take pics of you & your friends outfits and post those pics on our FB event page and/or tag us on IG. @CTBARCRAWL #CTBARCRAWL The day after the event we will post a reminder for everyone to enter. We will then pick the top 5 single, duo & group costumes and start the contest on our FB page for everyone to vote on by liking their favorite outfit(pic). The pic with the most likes by the date stated in the contest will win the Grand Prize!
Q: DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OUT?
A: You can print or we can scan your ticket on your phone.
Q: DOES THE NAME ON THE TICKET MATTER?
A: The name on the ticket is irrelevant! As long as the ticket holders 21+ of age and a ticket hasnโt already been scanned youโre good to go.
Q: ARE THERE REFUNDS?
A: Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
Q: CAN A FRIEND CHECK-IN ME IN?
A: Yes. Please have a friend check you in if you can’t make the last check-in time. They will have to meet you outside the venue to put on your wristband for entry. We just need your ticket.
Q: DO YOU HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OLD TO PARTY?
A: YES! This is a 21+ event and is a rain, snow, or shine event. No Refunds! Ticket prices can increase based upon the overall availability at any time – we will announce such changes in advance. Drinking is 100% Optional, if you choose to drink, please drink responsibly.
